I live in Blue Point, New York. I am a graduate of Stony Brook University, where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I use methods that I learned while earning my degree to create individualized study plans for each of my students. I most enjoy psychology, English, and mathematics. Academic topics I can help with include all levels of math, test preparation for the PSAT, SAT, Regents, or Advanced Placement exams. Standardized test topics include SAT math, SAT verbal, SAT writing, SAT critical reading, PSAT math, PSAT writing skills, and PSAT critical reading. I can also work with students on grammar and mechanics, social studies, science, reading, writing, literature, English, essay editing, and college essay writing.When I'm not tutoring students, I enjoy listening to music, playing percussion, playing video games with friends, and exploring philosophy. My ultimate goal is to apply my psychology degree to a career as a game designer. Until I achieve that goal, I use the same skills to make tutoring enjoyable.
